The devastating storms this week have left many in our community in need of support. There are several opportunities to volunteer and donate supplies over the next few days to assist with disaster relief efforts. Whether you can spare a few hours or collect items to donate, every contribution makes a difference for our neighbors impacted by the storms. Please consider one of the following ways to help:

1. Donate financially to the Dream City Omaha Disaster Relief fund. Click here to donate.

2. Omaha Rapid Response disaster relief at the Relevant Center, 21220 Elkhorn Dr., tomorrow at 7:30 am. Volunteers are needed to serve those affected by the storm. Please wear work boots and gloves. Click here to fill out the volunteer waiver form.

3. Donations are needed for emergency shelter at Common Ground Community Center, 1701 Veterans Dr. in Elkhorn. Needed items include toiletries, non-perishable foods, baby wipes, diapers, towels, washcloths, pillows, phone chargers, power banks, etc.

4. Volunteer to serve hot meals with Hot Meals USA at Bethany Lutheran Church, 4200 N 204th St., in Elkhorn. Meals will be provided tomorrow at 7 am, 11:30 am, and 5 pm. Click here to sign up to help with meal prep and distribution.

5. Heartland Hope Mission's Crisis Response Center, 15555 Industrial Rd., needs volunteers to distribute food, hygiene items, clothing, pet supplies, and toys.
