The Dream City Omaha discipleship ministry is critical in our mission to help everyone discover Christ, recover identity, and uncover purpose. You can explore our six- to eight-week terms below and click on each image for more information on each class to map out your discipleship journey for the next year. Registration for each class will open approximately a month before the term begins.
All Wednesday Night Classes begin at 7 p.m., coinciding with Dream City Youth and Dream City Kids activities. Our Sunday courses are held during our 8:30 a.m. service.

Term VI - October 19 through December 17
Equipped with the language of Gallups StrengthsFinders, this class will help you better understand and operate in how God created you, empowering you to go from surviving to thriving.
2026 Discipleship Calendar
Term 1 - January 4 through February 25
Divorce is painful, can be long and messy and we don’t believe anyone should have to walk through it alone. DivorceCare is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. This 13-week course is designed to help you manage the emotional turmoil of this season as well as equip you with practical tools for decision-making.
*This is a 13 week course that meets Sundays during the 8:30 service from January 4-March 29. This class requires a registration fee
When debt isn’t holding you back, nothing can stop you from living the life of your dreams (yeah, that one you’re thinking about right now). And here’s the good news: You can get there. You just need a plan that works.
That’s what you’ll get with Financial Peace University. FPU is the nine-week class that teaches you step by step how to pay off debt fast and build wealth for your future.
*This is a 9 week course that meets every Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:30 pm from January 6-March 3 at Dream City Omaha. This class requires a registration fee.
We live in a hypersexualized culture and without some intentionality, the majority of our sexual discipleship will come from the culture around us. This class creates a safe space to explore how our culture shapes our views on sexuality and to understand how experiences such as pornography or past abuse can impact the way our brains are wired. Whether you’re navigating unwanted sexual behaviors, walking through betrayal, raising children in today’s environment, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of the hope and freedom available in this area—this class is a must.
Humans are 3-part beings: body, soul and spirit. We understand the importance of physical health and spiritual maturity but what about soul care? This class is designed to equip you with the biblical foundation and practical insights on how to steward your soul.
Term 2 - March 1 through April 22
Whether you are a new believer, a seasoned saint, or simply someone who feels stuck and wants to grow deeper in their relationship with God, Unveiled is for you. The Unveiled class is designed to help you navigate some of the obstacles that are keeping you from walking in the abundant life. Unveiled is designed to equip you to reconcile the reality of your life with the truth of God’s word.
In a culture where spiritual warfare is everywhere, it’s time to put on the armor of God and fight the demonic forces at work in this world! The Invisible War will teach you what every Christian needs to know about Satan, demons, and spiritual warfare.
Term 3 - April 26 through June 17
The difference between average people and achieving people is their perception of and response to failure. Discover how to confidently look the prospect of failure in the eye and move forward anyway. In life, the question is not if you will have problems, but how you are going to deal with them? Stop failing backward and start failing forward!
Learn to navigate this season of singleness, regardless of how you got here, with grace and hope. This class is full of biblical truths on wholeness, purpose, identity, purity, and more. From topics like sex, masturbation, dating apps, this class answers all those questions you want answers to but don’t know who to ask.
Term 4 - June 21 through August 12
Whether you are a new believer, a seasoned saint, or simply someone who feels stuck and wants to grow deeper in their relationship with God, Unveiled is for you. The Unveiled class is designed to help you navigate some of the obstacles that are keeping you from walking in the abundant life. Unveiled is designed to equip you to reconcile the reality of your life with the truth of God’s word.

Marriage doesn’t have to be full of frustration and disappointment, you can have a passionate relationship that will stand the test of time.
From communication to money to sex, Marriage on the Rock is the best-selling resource that clearly deals with all the major issues a couple will encounter. The material taught in this class discusses practical real-life challenges and offers easy to understand solutions even if you are the only one willing to work on the relationship.
Forgiving anyone in a meaningful way is one of the hardest things a person has to do. If you do not, resentment and vengeance begin to consume you. Forgiveness is an essential process in healing from the pain that comes with being human but few of us feel equipped with the skills necessary to walk it out long enough to see the fruit of it in our lives. This class will walk you through the freedom of forgiveness along with the practical skills for walking it out.
Term 5 - August 16 through October 7
A Dream City Church original, this class is designed to empower men and women alike to step into Godly stewardship of their physical health. Our health is a God-given gift that we must purposely steward well. In this 8-week course rooted in biblical truth, you will be equipped to make lifestyle changes to produce lasting results that will enable you to run your race well.
Sharing your faith is not about winning arguments; it’s about winning hearts. And the way to do that is by engaging others with love, respect, and truth. In this class, you’ll be equipped with practical, effective ways to share the truth of the gospel with your friends, neighbors, and coworkers. You’ll also be challenged to respond to God’s call to be bold—because eternity is at stake.
Term 6 - October 11 through December 9
To many, the word “Christian”, has become meaningless. It no longer identifies those who have aligned themselves with the person of Jesus Christ. Imagine a world in which Christians again looked like Jesus, where spiritual leaders made disciples, where churches were groups of people with an insatiable desire to follow their Savior, and where those who identified themselves with Jesus accurately represented his character-that’s what you will learn about in this class!

In this class, centered around John Bevere’s book, you are invited into a personal discovery of the most ignored and misunderstood Person in the Church: the Holy Spirit.

Held annually, this weekend retreat will enhance your life as a follower of Christ. The All Access Weekend is designed to create an environment for you to experience God's power. Come ready for an intimate encounter with the Holy Spirit through both teaching and exercises designed to help restore the foundations of who God made you to be.
