The Dream City Omaha discipleship ministry is critical in our mission to help everyone discover Christ, recover identity, and uncover purpose. You can explore our six- to eight-week terms below and click on each image for more information on each class to map out your discipleship journey for the next year. Registration for each class will open approximately a month before the term begins.
All Wednesday Night Classes begin at 7 p.m., coinciding with Deviate Youth and Dream City Kids activities. Our Sunday courses are held during our 9 a.m. service.
THE 2025 CALENDAR
Term I - January 5 through February 26
SUNDAY COURSE: DivorceCare is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce.
This 13-week course is designed to help you manage the emotional turmoil of this season as well as equip you with practical tools for decision-making. There is a book required for this class, and the cost is $20.
Class is limited to 15 individuals.
Following the book by John C. Maxwell, this class seeks to enable you to realize your potential. We will discuss the themes of character building, self-awareness, self-worth, intentionality, and lifelong learning through the 15 invaluable laws of growth.
With mental health issues on the rise, people are desperate for help. The Emotional Intelligence course provides simple language and practical skills rooted in biblical truth to empower you to steward your soul.
Term II - March 2 through April 23
A Dream City Church original, this class is designed to empower men and women alike to step into Godly stewardship of their physical health. Our health is a God-given gift that we must purposely steward well. In this 8-week course rooted in biblical truth, you will be equipped to make lifestyle changes to produce lasting results that will enable you to run your race well.
Based on the book by John Bevere, the Bait of Satan exposes one of the most deceptive snares Satan uses to get believers out of the will of God: offense. In this class, you will learn how to identify the traps ahead and escape the victim mentality.
Term III - April 27 through June 18
Whether you are a new believer, a seasoned saint, or simply someone who feels stuck and wants to grow deeper in their relationship with God, Unveiled is for you. The Unveiled class is designed to help you navigate some of the obstacles that are keeping you from walking in the abundant life. Unveiled is designed to equip you to reconcile the reality of your life with the truth of God’s word.
Many claim to believe in Christ, but few live their lives looking at the world through the lens of His word. Join this new Dream City Omaha original to develop a biblical worldview and live life on Earth through the Kingdom of God.
Term IV - June 22 through August 13
Centered around the world-renowned Gallup StrengthsFinder, this class offers a new edge on marriage. One of the biggest obstacles to a happy, strong marriage is a lack of understanding of yourself and your spouse. Using insights and language from the Gallup StrengthsFinder, this class will help you gain fresh insight into your spouse, yourself, and your marriage.
Based on Crazy Love by Francis Chan, this class explores a new way to look at God’s relentless love.
Term V - August 17 through October 8
Whether you are a new believer, a seasoned saint, or simply someone who feels stuck and wants to grow deeper in their relationship with God, Unveiled is for you. The Unveiled class is designed to help you navigate some of the obstacles that are keeping you from walking in the abundant life. Unveiled is designed to equip you to reconcile the reality of your life with the truth of God’s word.
Whether we recognize it or not, waiting is a part of life. But how do we wait? That’s up to us. Waiting seasons don’t have to feel like wasted time—they can be opportunities for preparation, growth, and renewed hope. A new Dream City original, Waiting Well is a class filled with biblical truths to help you trust God and thrive during life’s in-between moments. Together, we’ll explore how to embrace the wait with faith, purpose, and expectancy, knowing that God is at work even when we can’t see it.
Term VI - October 12 through December 3

Are you aware of your family’s identity? Through lessons, assessments, and more, the Family ID curriculum equips you and your family to be intentional in who you want to be as you serve Christ.
Equipped with the language of Gallups StrengthsFinders, this class will help you better understand and operate in how God created you, empowering you to go from surviving to thriving.

ALL ACCESS
Held annually, this weekend retreat will enhance your life as a follower of Christ. The All Access Weekend is designed to create an environment for you to experience God's power. Come ready for an intimate encounter with the Holy Spirit through both teaching and exercises designed to help restore the foundations of who God made you to be.
Our next All Access will be in autumn 2024. Childcare is not available.
