Join Dream City Omaha as we host our first-ever bootcamp to get in shape. Beginning June 3, bootcamp will be held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7-8 a.m.
This small group training class will focus on functional training such as a boot camp or circuit format with the use of body weight or lightly weighted exercises tailored to work for anyone of any fitness level. Class will start with a dynamic warm-up before moving into a 45 minute workout.
This bootcamp is free, but signups are required and can be done so below.
